WebGL is unavailable

Deskradar renders floor plans with WebGL, the browser technology that gives web applications access to your device's graphics hardware. If your browser cannot initialize WebGL, the floor plan cannot be drawn, and Deskradar displays a message in its place.

There are three common causes:

• Hardware acceleration is disabled in your browser settings.
• Your device has no graphics card that the browser can use. This is typical of virtual desktops and remote-desktop sessions.
• A browser extension or a policy applied by your organization is blocking WebGL.
